Best way to get there, take the “ER” (East River) A-Gate (normal)
NYC Water Taxi directly to the DUMBO (1st) stop right at the hotel.
Ask when leaving Manhattan how late the water-taxi is running. Look for the ER Wall Street NYC Water Taxi to return.
A and C train to the High Street/BB station, but then a 20 min walk. J Train also possible.
$$$$ drinks, but by far the most panoramic view of Manhattan.
During the day the entire deck is open if you can sneak in.
Look for the “Express” Elevator to bypass the restaurant door.
At night on the weekends there’s a $20 cover, or free if staying at the hotel or had dinner there.
Non-hotel guests at night are relegated to only a small portion of
the overall huge deck, unless bottle service, but still enough space and good views.
Upscale crowd, most are staying at the hotel.
